• Conduct needs assessment to determine individual and organizational strengths and needs

• Create and manage program-specific interdisciplinary evaluation teams including behavioral scientists, instructional designers, psychometricians, statisticians, and technical specialists according to program goals and client needs

• Develop evaluation frameworks and accompanying systems that evaluate the effectiveness (e.g., enhanced learning and performance) including capacity building (enhanced social network activity related to communications and collaborations)

• Monitor results and provide feedback in real time and recalibrate as needed

• Synthesize and analyze results to provide evidence of program effectiveness

• Present findings of programmatic outcomes to clients and partner organizations

• Assist in the integration of the findings and development of general recommendations and best practices to ensure continuous quality improvement

• Evaluate outcomes to provide results that demonstrate impact and value of the program

• Present findings at national and international conferences and publications
